I agree with the other comments, particularly the title, I'm learning this is my issue too. When I read 'this will surprise you' I think, 'I bet it won't'.

I would add that the subtitles in the article could be changed up. Take out 'Here are a few examples of' and the title becomes a succinct 'How routines influence productivity'.

Change 'Never undervalue the importance of a checklist' to 'Checklists save lives' (which is how they originated). Ref: Mathew Syed's Black Box Thinking.
