I drive an old car. I tend to buy a car then run it until it is dead. The one I have is comfortable, in great nick (14 yrs old 88k on the clock). And it runs like a dream. I don't do a lot of miles so it actually costs me about 15p a mile in road tax.

I have this thought my next car will be electric - but I'm waiting. Depending on infrastructure etc, I might go down the road of a hybrid.
