If Moses were to come down from the mountain with the Ten Commandments today, he’d get so pissed off trying to find a publisher they’d end up as a listicle on Medium.

It's a tough gig getting traditionally published. And very few make good money at that either. There are so many wages to pay, authors earn as little as 8%. Most reputable publishers will offer an upfront payment, though.

Self-publishing has been a good way for me to earn a little extra cash when no publisher in their right mind would have taken me on. 😃👍
