People can believe in whatever nonsense they like. As long as their actions don't break the law or discriminate against others.

I find it a bit screwy when religions preach tolerance but practice intolerance of anyone not conforming to their way.

I get that people take a lot of comfort from their religious community. Carry on - but please keep it to themselves.

And yes, the House of Lords is a home for the over-privileged.
