Instead of hitting publish on your story, click the ellipsis ... it opens a drop down box. Click 'Add to publication' then click E3 and submit.

Then wait.

Your story will be seen by an editor. You may or may not receive suggestions.

Then it will be scheduled for publication. You wait a little more 🙄

Then success. 😃
