This was helpful, thanks. I've had several high quality articles submitted to my publication, E3, that blew me away. I have applied for the boost program but haven't heard back yet. I think there is an appetite for everyone to recommend great writing (without the need for an honorarium). Editors deserve an honorarium for the work they do in trying to improve the standard of writing on Medium and especially for keeping the crap off of it. I believe others share this opinion.
